Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via UPS, with standard shipping times of 2–4 business days. Please note: shipping time does not include processing or turnaround time.

• Uncustomized wigs and RAW hair bundles have a processing time of 24–72 hours, followed by shipping (2–4 business days), unless otherwise stated in the product description.

• Preorder and custom wigs require a 14–21 business day turnaround time before shipping. We do our best to ship earlier when possible, but early delivery is not guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and matches the billing address. Orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses will be automatically declined for security reasons.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier (UPS), weather, holidays, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need your order by a specific date, please email us before placing your order to confirm whether we can meet your deadline.
